I put my claim in yesterday. Got REJECTED today.Even though its in the drop down box, even though the grey band clearly states the DD guarantee, they have rejected it on the grounds of "not being an easyjet destination"
I have disputed this, provided evidence via screenshot. We will wait and see.
I am quietly confident, when presented with the clear evidence, they will rethink and honour the claim0 -

How long does it usually take for them to confirm the claim is valid? I submitted my claim Mon 18 March in the evening and still haven't heard from them. I got an initial acknowledgement email in French and that's it. Their T&C state 3 working days :mad:
I have just emailed them again to chase up a response, but wondered what other people have experienced time wise?
Exactly a week on and still no reply....I just don't get how people who've submitted a claim after me have already heard

phone them up, and ask on progress. and get them to speed the application up.0
