The guy is no worse than an off licence or supermarket which sells cigs and booze. The difference being one lot are legal and the others illegal.
Miles more deaths from cigs and alcohol than street drugs and plenty of drink crime too from alcohol abuse.
You wont all go shouting your mouths off in Morrisons or Sainsburys will you about the public health issues and how they are putting people at risk.
There worse than the guy on here-lol.0 -
Most dealers don't actually abuse drugs.
The OP sells recreational drugs not heroin or crack
When you're talking about Coke and MDMA dealers, then the vast vast majority do above average amounts of their own product especially coke. It's one of the reasons why cocaine dealers have the reputation for violence.
3 ounces which is in effect 100 gram deals @ circa £35 a pop of class a is above average for a street dealer. The OP did not suddenly decide to become a dealer as his JSA was late, he would have had to been involved for a while.
I know plenty of dealers though the gym, quite a few of them sign on so they have an income should the police ask why they don't work and have a good lifestyle plus they're greedy and see it as free money0 -

Actually, if you read the posts you will find I did. I don't support the sale of any drugs. But on the other hand, it is disingenuous as an argument - there is a big difference. One is legal and the other isn't. We cannot live in a society where people chose to ignore the laws that don't suit them. All property is theft - so burglary is ok then? Where do you stop? Which laws should we observe and which ones shouldn't we? If you do not like the law, change the law. Don't break the law.
And as others have pointed out, the OP was not selling drugs out of poverty - the law simply doesn't move that fast! I doubt whether the OP dropped out of college - more likely kicked out, and I think we could all guess why. Colleges don't like dealers any more than most other people do.0 -

So why are you so against the op if you socialise with "scum"?Wins so far this year: Mum to be bath set, follow me Domino Dog, Vital baby feeding set, Spiderman goody bag, free pack of Kiplings cakes, £15 love to shop voucher, HTC Desire, Olive oil cooking spray, Original Source Strawberry Shower Gel, Garnier skin care hamper, Marc Jacobs fragrance.0 -
Surely if things are as bad as the OP made out money wise a crisis loan would of been possible or a food parcel no need to go to drugs.
I also very very rarley aggree on anything with marybelle or the rest but she is right on this one. Emweaver, as marybelle said loads of people say "oh I won't get addicted im not that stupid" then end in jail.
I have also known people say "I am not addicted, I can stop whenever" yet they do it everyday for years on end.
Whatever the situation drugs and drug dealing is a big big NO NO. Plus when you are dealing you are putting others in danger.0 -

I've not called the OP scum, I have pointed out the inaccuracies in his posts and how given the amounts he had taken by the police it equates to the profit he was making whilst bemoaning how skint he was.
The OP had drugs with a street value of £3500, I'm guessing he made £150 an ounce as he was also using the drugs himself so he would have cleared £150 profit and got his own drugs "free"0 -
A lot of the time the laws an !!!! anyway, people wont stop dealing drugs because its illegal!! People dont give a stuff, and the rewards are worth the risk. Drug dealers couldnt care less if they get spells in prison.
Theres nothing really that can be done about the problem. The war on drugs is totally lost and has been for a long time.0 -

Rare indeed is the day when I agree with Brett. But he is 100% spot-on here.
Please - STOP feeding the troll (BristolBS2). If his/her situation is genuine s/he will get his/her richly-deserved comeuppance. If not, then they are sitting back, reading all these posts, and laughing about the meaty bait they dangled, which has prompted this discussion.0 -
The OP clearly states they only sold it to their friends.
I think everyone deserves a second chance and help, he is a human being with feelings too. maybe if people were more supportive there wouldn't be people like him around.
And that's why the world is going to hell in a handcart.
Mustn't forget to give tea sympathy and support to the drug dealers.0
