He was asking why I didn't use the 300 for food, bills etc. My mate ticked me an ounce, so I said it was in drugs not money.

I made just enough to live on until I got my money, which I still haven't so I'm in the same situation.

Do I sell drugs again, or try and sort this out? I thought I would come on here to try and get some help. I've been truthful in everything I said and I am being picked on almost!

Yes, you are being picked on.

    For being a troll.

So you got loaned 3 ounces of class A and sold it in quarters and eighths, thats at about 20 deals.

You made £150 an ounce, I'm guessing your dealer only loaned you the drugs for a week. So your making £450 a week, even if he loaned it to you for two weeks your making £225 a week.

This is assuming when the police caught you, that they caught you with all of your class a.

JSA is circa £65 a week, so you were earning considerably more than JSA.

Someone bothering to work would take home after tax on minimum wage works out about £250 for circa 35 hours.

    Why are you expecting sympathy.

Well hopefully I sort out my Housing and my JSA.
Having somewhere to live and a few quid a week will put me in a more motivated state of mind. So then I can concentrate on gaining employment.. And get my life on track.

I didn't grow up wanting to be a drug dealer, I really had no choice after 5-6 weeks of no cash I had no other option..

That does not add up, you don't suddenly be able to sell relatively large amounts of drugs for a street dealer overnight just because your JSA is late by 5 weeks.

More likely you were a dealer before, signed on for extra money or to give you a valid income should the police ask you how you supported yourself financially

So, just to summarise for those of us joining late...

It's somebody elses fault the OP dropped out of college, it's somebody elses fault they're a drug dealer, it's somebody elses fault they've been to prison, it's somebody elses fault that they can't get benefits, and it's somebody elses fault they haven't got a job... combined with its somebody elses fault that they ended up owing the bank money for bounced direct debits to the BNP that they couldn't pay.

That somebody else certainly has a lot of explaining to do.

OP, if you are for real, and like others here, I have my doubts, then it is about time somebody told you that that "somebody else" is YOU. These are your choices and you have nobody else to blame but yourself. And nothing about your life is going to change until you get that through your thick skull.

Whether you are a troll or genuine, you need to grow up.

So within 10 weeks the Police found out about your selling, you were arrested, charged and been given a crown court date.

And if I do go to prison then at-least I won't have to worry about what I'm going to eat that night, or will I have enough money for electric.

    There's your answer then.

    What are you worrying about?

My OH was made redundant last year and we waited 16 weeks for any money. That is 16 weeks to feed a family and pay all bills

Funny we didn't break the law....
