Skipton cash ISA 5.50% variable - not a great rate - but thought it was worth noting for completeness.

I believe this wrong, having just called First Direct. The payment into the ISA can only come from a standing order from the 1st Account - by definition one deposit per month only. The payment amount can be varied by instruction once a month however. Has that claim above been verified? I am assuming the account works just like the (taxable) FD regular saver - which is standing order only.First Direct Regular Saver ISA - 7.00% :starmod: NEW :starmod:

Unbelievably, things have changed in <24hrs! On the NR website, there's only 1 fixed rate ISA available and this now has an interest penalty for early withdrawals/closure!
I am shocked at how things change so rapidly. Off my top ISA target list. (I was goind to post a question asking if I was mad to consider NR!)Tough times never last longer than tough people.0 -
Barclays, Abbey and A&L ISAs are all now approx 0.25% lower than they were a day or two ago.
Edit: Icesave staying the same as per their 'news' page on their website - puts it up above them.0 -
Thought i would bring another Isa to people's attention. This one has actually gone UP !! it is the Norwich and Peterborough 1 year fixed rate ISA at 6.10%.
Off to enquire about it tomorrow as there is a branch near where i work, and as they are not known normally for decent rates it is worth having.0
