Most say within 14 days of account opening, my feeling is that fixed rate account gets opened upon funding being as fixed term period tends to mature xxxxxxxx from when account was funded.Old_Slaphead said:

Although an account may be opened in preparation for receiving funding, the ISA is not opened and valid (does not start) until it is funded. Therefore any cooling off period cannot technically start until the date of initial funding.1

I’d actually be better off moving my fix from April now.ForumUser7 said:https://www.express.co.uk/finance/personalfinance/1788188/Lloyds-Bank-Halifax-increase-interest-rates-savings-account

Charter have withdrawn their 1yr fixed ISA @ 5.2%.
Only EA ISA showing currently @ 3.9%.0 -
I've just opened the 5.4% Coventry 2yr ISA. I've already initiated a transfer from Virgin Money of £63k as part of the application.
Then i see the upcoming Lloyd & Bank of Scotland 2yr ISA's at 5.5%.
What is the best way to play this? Wait for the transfer to complete from Virgin then request another transfer out?
