Yes you can as long as you haven't deposited money into the Halifax one since April 6th. If you have then that is your ISA for this tax year.0

You can also transfer the Halifax Cash ISA to a different provider (that accepts ISA transfers) if the rate of interest is no longer competitive.
Or instantly to the Halifax ISA Direct Reward (3% fixed for a year, four withdrawals).
This saves the time and hassle of transferring elsewhere (to transfer to this one takes about five seconds on the phone or in a branch).0 -

Yes, to any other ISA that accepts transfers in. There are no restrictions on when or how often you are allowed to transfer.
Just remember that there may be a loss of interest when you transfer, and there's the hassle of it of course!
This is why I like Halifax's fixed rate instant access ISA.0 -
Thanks guys think i will still with what i was going to do and signup to the fixed Halifax for 12 months.0

OK, my Lloyds FRISA,(the 6.5% one), matures 19th May, to save messing about for very little extra return, is it worthwhile to transfer into Lloyds 3.2% FRISA or better to use a variable one re the possibilty of interest rises in the near future?Don`t steal - the Government doesn`t like the competition0
