Cahoot didn't bother sending me anything within the statutory 12+2+30 days (except they did send back my postal order saying they didn't charge for that information - okay they don't charge for it but they don't supply it either).
I now need to report them to Trading Standards. Is there a template letter I can use?
For the record Aunt Bessie roasts and mashes our potatoes. I would also like parsnips for a change but husband doesn't like them!;)
All you need to do is write to your local magistrates court and enclose a copy of your letter(cca request) a copy of the cleared payment and a request to issue a criminal summons for non compliance. Simple. I took moorcroft down the same route. !!!ONLY COPY WHAT I AM DOING IF YOU ARE 100% SURE AND YOU KNOW EXACTLY WHAT THE END RESULT MAY BE. ALWAYS CONSULT A PROFESSIONAL BEFORE FOLLOWING MY ADVICE. I AM NOT LEGALLY TRAINED . IF WHAT I AM DOING HELPS YOU IN ANY WAY CLICK THE THANKS BUTTON0
