    Bearing in mind jbw only have a few bailiffs then why and how can they collect millions of quid every year ?

    Great news for Austin Mitchell's daughter, although one could be tempted to believe that JBW 'capitulated on this one, purely because of the potential publicity given that the 'victim' was the daughter of such a prominent person.

    Even though this was a high profile case that jbw/ccs etc all were slammed for in public they are using this as a ploy to gain customers. You may now be aware but if a company has only 100 certiifcated bailiffs how can they turn over 3million in a year then again if only 8 cert bailiffs last year how comes they still made millions ? Something to think about !!!! This is just one company there are thousands out there ripping people off. the government ? Cant give 2 hoots about it.

    Hearing was scrubbed as no judge was available. I am awaiting another hearing with baited breath.

    HI , Just a little question for you . I you send a SAR and one of the monthly statement is missing , what is your position ? Can that one missing statement be used to have case dismissed? This is for a cc debt . Thanks

    No but you could issue against them for non compliance with the sar.

    They have to supply every bit of data they have on you. That is why you get your bank statements free of cost.
