All we know is that they didn't supply that statement.

I was hoping Stapley would have replied to elaborate on the situation.

But yes, if they supplied nothing then you have them by the *****'s .:);) (Well by the DPA98 anyway).

Trust me if your thinking of going down the non compliance route it is as easy as boiling potatoes for your sunday roast.

Is there any advantage in 'boiling' your potatoes for the Sunday Roast?

I am going down the route of non compliance with MBNA, Cahoot and now Barclaycard. Cahoot didn't bother sending me anything within the statutory 12+2+30 days (except they did send back my postal order saying they didn't charge for that information - okay they don't charge for it but they don't supply it either).

I now need to report them to Trading Standards. Is there a template letter I can use?

For the record Aunt Bessie roasts and mashes our potatoes. I would also like parsnips for a change but husband doesn't like them!;)

My wife always puts a couple of parsnips in with the potatoes - I never used to like them, but I tried one at Christmas and was pleasantly surprised.

    Sounds nice. :)

Maybe we should start a Poll? :D

    1) Parsnips
    2) Potatoes
    3) Mix of both...
    etc etc

BTW fiveyearplan, this thread is about non compliance for a SAR not a CCA.

    I've sent you a PM.

Hi fyp - I don't know of a 'template' letter for reporting them to Trading Standards, but you do need to report them, to ensure that they are in a 'default' position. May I suggest that you pm weller711, as she is, undoubtedly, the expert on cca procedure.

btw - you can always roast a couple of parsnips with the spuds - it won't 'taint' them.

We must be on the same wavelength. I can't stand them.

If you put them in with anything, everything else just ends up tasting of swede as well.
