  • Not only that but doesn't SHE/HE shout a lot, if they have a valid point it's no good waving one's arms and raising one's voice, bad form:p

Well I agree, that's life. However wouldn't human beings be a LOT better off to by default study the CONTENT of a message not the FORM of it? Science agrees with me, whilst religions have profited from playing-up to people's style-addicted 'perceptual challenges' forever, haven't they?
I consider it a human moral responsibility for people to discern the content regardless of the style of it, rather than default be attracted to style first, giving power and creedence to the latter and not content and reality (that's IF it is a dichotomy, a choice between the two). Otherwise ally style with substance.
However, ignoring the latter only leads to a world full of cheap, style-led people, led by marketing, salesmen and politicians, IMHO. Oh, look around... am I wrong?
I live in London, maybe my vision's a bit warped, London is a weird, shallow place. Which leads the rest of the country, mind-you...

Ok I discern that your spelling is a liitle awry but hey I give credence to your spelling of creedence and "Otherwise ally style with substance." is not a sentence, nor is "Which leads the rest of the country, mind-you..."
Sadly I looked around and you are wrong but I will let you live happily with your opinions and beliefs, Oh and where does science agree as you state "However wouldn't human beings be a LOT better off to by default study the CONTENT of a message not the FORM of it? Science agrees with me" I am a human being and I have studied your previous post, and this one too, still your reply only took about 3 and a half weeks this time.

  • I bought 2 of these £1 HDMI cables, I had previously a £19.99 one from Currys/PC World.

As soon as I saw the article on "Current Poundland Deals"

I instantly took back the £19.99 HDMI cable to Currys/PC World got a full refund. Went to Poundland and bought 2 HDMI cables for a total of £2.00

Now I am £17.99 to the good with a spare HDMI cable.

I am using the HDMI cable for my PlayStation 3 Slim and I have not noticed any difference at all, they both work PERFECTLY!! Game play is not effected in the slightest, BLUrays play without issues.

I would defiantly recommend these over any other for their spectacular value for money. :T

Been using it now for over 3 months, no issues what so ever, go out and buy one!

I do not know where people are getting their Poundland HDMI cables which don't work as I have had zero issues in the last 58 days.

    Works perfectly.!

Not in my experience mate, i have had 4 or 5 HDMI cables fail from ebay/amazon type sellers

They buy them from China and they are RUBBISH build quality and keep failing

Been having a constant problem with the only working HDMI cable i have, bought a poundland one, no such problems so far....

Sorry to hear that. All the ones I've had from Amazon have been fine. I ordered all the HDMI leads for my fathers set up from there and they all work perfectly.
That said, it is easier to purchase locally. Everywhere has cheap cables these days..

I bought my HDMI (version 1.4a) cables from eBay, £1 per cable for 1 metre length.
The seller advertises a lifetime guarantee for the HDMI cable as well.
1 year later, so far so good, no complaints.
