Its quite sad that a habit dictates which route you take to go on holiday!
Ive not got anything against smoking but when any addiction controls your life its pretty darn lame!0 -

Addiction is not controlling my life, my life amounts to more than one holiday!!!! But it is influencing the airport I stopover at.
I am going to Mexico, my son (adult) has a big problem with claustrophobia, he takes valium for flying and we try to brake long journeys up to help him. If I have a choice of airports for roughly the same cost, then yes I pick one that has smoking available. If my family and I don’t have a problem with that, why should anyone else.
When my children were small I looked for child friendly airports, changing rooms, better seating etc. Does no one else look at stop over airport options? if you are going to spend 6 hours there, its nice to know what facilities they have.0 -
I went to Toronto last August (Pearson International).
When you got through customs, there was a little glass room, which is so small, I nearly missed it. Small & smelly, but heaven for a nervous flyer like myself.0 -
