smoking at toronto/montreal airports

Yes I know I shouldn't but I do at the moment:o

I have a 4 and 6 hour wait at the above airports between connecting flights, is there anywhere plane side of security, that I can smoke or have all the smoking rooms gone now? Think the who state there went smoke free end of last year and no info that I could find on thier web sites.

Thanks
Annie

We were at Toronto last year and one of the restaurants had a smoking room. People were in a glass room full of smoke, they looked really funny, ok it was a boring 6 hour wait and we were easily amused by that time.

No it's not. It is long overdue. Smoking is horrible.

I love these type of comments! Completely irrelevant and unhelpful. What we've now gathered is that you don't smoke - well done, and thanks for the contribution!

As a non-smoker I have no issue with airports providing smoking rooms that are separate and distinctly air-conditioned, thus not affecting anyone else. Particularly useful for smoking nervous flyers!

Let them smoke if they want to!!

I used to pay for the lounges at the airport because at least you got to have a smoke in peace but they have even stopped that now in most. It was much better when they had a smoking and non smoking areas everyone was happy. Now smokers will hide surely this isnt safe...not that I would do such a thing...perish the thought!!
If you look anything like your passport photo....Your too ill to travel

If you're a smoker it's very difficult now

What's it like at Brussels airport these days - given that it's almost mandatory to smoke in Belgium, they surely can't of banned it there too?

The reason I said that smoking is horrible is because my best friend died last year from cancer of the osphogas (spelling?) caused through smoking.
