Maybe that says more about your strengths as a man, than about her as a woman.

    morning all!

RR - what a nice thing you were planning on doing for Islandmaid:T

JackieO - hope your grandson gets his toothache sorted today - I'm very familiar with toothache lately!

Have cut all the lawns this morning - takes about an hour and a half as we have a huge garden - 2 dead baby birds:( but luckily no frog encounters this time:T

WM is on its 3rd load - the rest is dry already:j

quite nice here today for a change. Need to pack for our mini break later. First we're popping to Kidderminster to our nearest Arg*s to collect DHs birthday present of a new camera. He's 50 on Fathers Day:)

Am trusting our 2 DSs to look after things at home and mind the dogs and pigeons. They are nearly 20 and 22 so should be ok. Freezers are full for them so they wont starve!:D

We're off on Sunday morning after dropping DS2 at work.

Have a great weekend all x
    Do what you love :happyhear

Greg you didn't really think you could make that comment on OS and get away with it. I agree with rr, and besides, how do you pay for the bits for your car if you aren't 'allowed' any money?

    Morning all,

Islandmaid so glad your dd got home ok, I had formulated a plan :D, I live about 20 mins 1/2 hr from Portsmouth, so was going to collect her and her boyf, she could have had the spare room, and boyf on the sofa, I know you would probably not want her to go to some mad woman on the internet :D, but I know how I would feel if it was my dd :o

how nice is that :T so thoughtful I know if one of my DDs was in that situation I would be thrilled if someone off here would go to so much trouble :T:T

and the exercise bike and tv speakers don't count I suppose?

At least you now have hair that needs cut after the money you spent on your "restoration" job ;)

New bed for daughter has arrived so the weekend needs to be spent cleaning and re-organising her room.
