    ES4 was 3.10%AER - available until 08/06/12

    ES5 was 3.20%AER - Account available 09/06/12 - 10/08/12

    ES6 is 3.00%AER from 11/08/12

I started ES5 in July 2012.I may add more funds to it in Sep ,when my WestBrom saver matures.Wouldn't I be getting 3.2% then as well?:o To my surprise, unlike other banks, my Santander account doesn't say the interest rate anywhere:eek:(I'd opted for 3.15% monthly payments)

If it's the esaver issue 5 you have, then the rate is still 3.20% AER (3.15% gross monthly). It's a variable rate though. They've just updated their closed accounts rates page on their website so it now shows there, but as it's not a "live" page (ie it's a PDF and looks like they only update it periodically), then other than ringing them (& get a load of tosh) or sending them a secure message, that's the only way you can have up to date confirmation of the rate. Other banks/building societies usually have a closed accounts page that's up to date, but we are talking about Santander here.

Yes, I'd seen it ,saved it and printed it as well:D. Probably, as its a variable rate, they are not showing it on your account(at least there is no harm mentioning 3.2% variable).
    Oh...those Santanders:p

This is a fairly old post, but I have an eSaver issue 5 account still within the 2.5% 12 month bonus period. Am I right in thinking the current rate is 3% gross - at least until the 12 months is up?

    Depending on date you opened.

    Between 12th March 2012 and 8th June 2012 you were paid 3.00%.

From 9th June 2012 until the 12 months from account opening you will be paid 3.20%.

So at the moment your Santander esaver 5 is paying 3.20%.
