Virgin Media Quidco declined?

Just noticed that my £160+ quidco has been declined
Have raised a claim and am bracing myself for a load of grief. This was part of the reason that we went with Virgin in our new house, better than paying BT £130 to install a new line I thought at the time.
Will give Quidco the benefit of the doubt for now since I've been with them for years, earning over £400 in that time (don't always remember to use them!!) but I will be using TopCashBack a bit more often now.
