Didnt realise there was so many sufferers. The pains not to bad at the moment, I am just so tired and exhausted. I have a memory foam mattress. The best thing I have ever bought.

My house looks like a war zone. Hardly done anything this week. Have just had a bath and washed my hair, thought it might make me feel better.

Is there any foods that dont agree with you all? I have found a few things trigger me off. To many carbs and MSG are just 2. I am still learning. I find it hard to pace myself though.

hi hun, whats msg? i have found loosing all my weight has been the best thing i have ever done for my fibro. i find eating a healthy diet lots of fresh fish and veg (woopied of course) and low carbs to really help me. i'm deffo coping better than i used to, i think coffee was also something that made things worse for me too.
pacing myself (blondy flies by the seat of her pants) is the hardest thing ever because there is so much living to be done and so little time to do it. i think this site also makes you run back and forward shopping and trying to get bargains too, we have all become slaves to money saving lol.

when i have a flare up my skin is so sensitive, i can become allergic to things like deoderant and certain fragranced toiletries, being aware of whats normal for you is half the battle though. take care hun xxxxxxx

Robin hoods bay is quite close if you are driving and it's beautiful. North bay at Scarborough is lovely if you walk past the sea life centre and carry on you will get to the start of a beautiful coastal walk that it not too taxing. Peasholme park in Scarborough is lovely.
Mortgage debt 45,000. Thank you all for your help so far in helping me save to buy the house. I could not have done this without all your help.
