My mum's trigger is dairy. She found out when she went on holiday to China and her symptoms completely vanished. Did some research and the Chinese don't have dairy products in their diet. Cut out all dairy when she got back home (luckily for her there are so many lactose intolerant people out there so it wasn't difficult) and she only very rarely has a flareup now.
that is mighty interesting, i don't have much dairy but i do like small portions of milk or cheese sometimes. hope your mum takes some calcium for her bones xxxxxxxxxxxlost 9 stone since Feb 2011

Ah I love reading about all your stashes! (Am slightly jealous though
) I do have quite a few cleaning things tucked under the kitchen sink, but nothing like you guys!
Still using the Parazone bleach from when it was going really cheap/BOGOF and the Surf liquid that was also half price and BOGOF. A few bottles of Comfort Pure left as well from the PDF coupon a couple of months back. But apart from that and a half a dozen bottles of Fairy that's about it!...those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind.
