I feel its none of my business really lurking away her but needed to say to you Celebrate please don't be so hard on yourself. You aren't being unprofessional - you're a human being not a robot. I'm so sorry you're going through a tough time and it has to come out some how. If you were listening to a friend tell you that they had done the same as you've done I'm sure you wouldn't call them crap stupid and pathetic and would accept it was just them needing to let some steam out. Hope you can feel better about it soon xxx
