3dogs hope you both have a better day today, does Alan have any favourite music you could play him or favourite comedy programmes he could watch on the TV ? Do you have a laptop maybe you could prop him up with pillows so he was comfortable & find him some programmes on itv player or bbc iplayer. Has he got one of those body pillows that might help him get more comfortable mine is about 6ft long if my leg is really hurting its useful to get in a funny but comfortable position.

I know the pain is very real but the more it hurts the more he worries etc if there was something to take his mind off it, it may take the edge of it for a short while. I suppose this is more for women but are there any smells he likes, I find lavender very relaxing.

When I got in yesterday I was really exhausted & couldn't move from the sofa did some channel hopping & found the original Batman on ITV4 so awful it was good, all that zap pow crunch stuff I had to watch it all

I made the mistake of putting ace in the washer dry instead on inside the drum! the bubbles covered the kitchen, the kids and dogs had a great time!!!
