    WOW WOW WOW :T:T:T
    That is amazing :T:T
I am far too tempted to buy extra things.... if they are on offer! ;)

also- if anyone has the £1 tropicana coupon- it is on offer at W's for £1.74 ... which makes it 74p per carton. Not free.. but still! :)

thank you for asking, shes very very poorly, the twins were born at 27 weeks and one was alowed home on their due date but 8 months later the poorly little one who has fought so hard remains in hospital i was blessed to visit her recently when hospital decided they would lift visiting restrictions and allow all invited rellys in she is just so heartbreakingly beuatiful and is fighting so hard
:( Your poor little niece. Can't imagine how the parents feel, I really do hope things work out..

I was at the hospital for a check up this morning and had to walk past the childrens/paediatrics ward - last time i was there was when my DS was 12 days old...long story short but emergency case, stayed in the childrens ward for 4 days while they figured out what was wrong with him, before being transferred to Oxford via ambulance with flashing lights going for an op on his stomach. All fine with him now but walking past the childrens ward this morning brought it all back to me and i felt like blubbing
My heart really does go out to you and your family :grouphug:

Sending hugs mrs-moneypenny. They must have had a long and emotional journey already after being born that early. Hoping that her fighting spirit means she can join her twin at home soon x

Thank you to whoever mentioned the WHSmith £15 gift card for £10.

Crisis today when I get a panic phone call from DS to say the printer is out of black ink and he is in the middle of A level revision.

Near smiths and they have the right ink for 21.99 (outrageous price, only 8.99 on amazon and 9.99 in T's when they are in stock). Anyway Smiths have "buy one get one half price" so 2 for £33.

Do 2 separate transactions for gift vouchers with card £1.50 for card (!!!) + £10 for gift voucher.

    Total spend £11.50 x 2 + £3 = £26 and have 2 cards and 2 ink cartridges.

Still not happy with WHSmith outrageous prices, but an emergency situation.

sorry for being sooo blond but i dont undrestand about the gift card can you please tell me how to get the £15 gift card for £10

    thanks x

A man goes into a pet shop and tells the owner that he wants to buy a pet that can do everything.
The shop owner suggests a faithful dog.
The man replies, "Come on, a dog?"

The owner says, "How about a cat?"
The man replies, "No way! A cat certainly can't do everything. I want a pet that can do everything!"

The shop owner thinks for a minute, then says, "I've got it! A centipede!"
The man says, "A centipede? I can't imagine a centipede doing everything, but okay... I'll try a centipede." He gets the centipede home and says to the centipede, "Clean the kitchen."
Thirty minutes later, he walks into the kitchen and... it's immaculate! All the dishes and silverware have been washed, dried, and put away the counter-tops cleaned the appliances sparkling the floor waxed. He's absolutely amazed.

He says to the centipede, "Go clean the living room."
Twenty minutes later, he walks into the living room. The carpet has been vacuumed the furniture cleaned and dusted the pillows on the sofa plumped, plants watered. The man thinks to himself, "This is the most amazing thing I've ever seen. This really is a pet that can do everything!"

Next he says to the centipede, "Run down to the corner and get me a newspaper."
The centipede walks out the door. 10 minutes later... no centipede.
20 minutes later... no centipede. 30 minutes later... no centipede.
By this point the man is wondering what's going on. The centipede should have been back in a couple of minutes. 45 minutes later... still no centipede!
He can't imagine what could have happened. Did the centipede run away? Did it get run over by a car? Where is that centipede?

So he goes to the front door, opens it... and there's the centipede sitting right outside.
The man says, "Hey!!! I sent you down to the corner store 45 minutes ago to get me a newspaper. What's the matter?!" The centipede says, "I'm goin'! I'm goin'! I'm just puttin' on my shoes :rotfl:

    WhSmiths.

Choose any card. Go to the till and ask for the offer where you get a £15 gift voucher for £10 when you buy a card.

So for £11.50 you have one £15 gift voucher and one card.

keep the card until you need it, spend the £15 gift voucher on whatever you want.

    I bought 2 cards with 2 £15 vouchers. total cost was 1.50+ 10= 11.50 - twice = £23. That gave me £30 gift vouchers
