lots of rivers & bridges in this country FQ , when they release the excess water from the Dam our river changes from a slow moving step across trickle to a torrent of water that will sweep you away to the 7 estuary ...the canoeists love it when it's like that ....whoooosh , but those poor folk on hols all their clothes etc ruined .

I bought a Groupon for a two course meal for two with a bottle of wine at a restaurant in Bournemouth not far from the pier. It has to be used by 20th June and we can no longer go to Bournemouth before that date so the voucher is going in the recycle bin later today.:eek: I've tried finding someone to give it to for free but we live so far away no-one I know will be able to use it . I hate seeing a voucher go to waste;);)
