Sorry if this is a daft question...but what is 11+ers? Bet I have a 'doh' moment very soon lol!

Nothing odd in that. The Union Jack is the flag of the United Kingdom, and as far as I'm aware Wales is still part of the UK, and so shares a monarch and an Olympics team with the rest of the UK.0
