    Afternoon everyone.

Happy fathers day to all the Dad's ( fq has 4 little [STRIKE]ratbags[/STRIKE] angels ).

Notes a very awkward phone call with Mum earlier:

Mum " Morning son, happy fathers day ."

Me " Thanks mum, what are you doing today ?"

Mum " How about I take you and the kids out for lunch at the pub just up the road from you ? "

Me " It's not a pub anymore mum, but thanks for the offer."

Mum " Really, is it a block off flats now ?"

    Me " Not exactly ".

Mum " So what is it then ?"

    Me "A club."

Mum " What kind of club ?"

Me " Erm, it's an adult club."

Mum " What kind of adult club ?"

    Me " It's a fettish club mum"

    Mum " Dirty perverts, bye"

Can we all just be a litttle thoughtful when doing this please. Handing over so many identical coupons leaves us wide open to a good trouting. I got one yesterday. 9 items and 15 coupons....SA wasn't having a bar of it and would only scan 9.

I have SA's that I know will beep anything that scans but I don't want to risk them getting into trouble for taking tons of them in one go as thats not nice and could also result in them getting retrained in coupon acceptance.

A few at a times would be a more prudent approach I think. Just sayin :)

You had 9 items and 15 coupons and you are telling others to have a prudent approach,i think you need to take your own advice.

OMG that is awful! I found a fly squashed between the cardboard that a cake was on and the wrapper, no-where near the cake so we still ate that. It was a posh(ish) make so sent it to the manufacturers in Germany, along with the dead fly. They could not even find the fly when it got there and they still sent us a big hamper of cakes and buscuits.

What is this today, have a pop at FK again?

Yes, I did say that and I stand by it....doesn't mean a bit of common sense can't be applied when shopping does it?

My trouting yesterday got me thinking and on the back of that I try offering some helpful advice to stop people getting trouted or the SA's getting retrained and all I get is abuse and p*ss taking.

But its not helpful advice is it.

Please don't argue folks, both of you go and stand in a corner and think about what you are saying and doing to each other. NOW.

Indeed and I intend doing so based on my experience yesterday, hence why I made my remarks!!!
