Not been on the Christmas Spirit yet but sounds like a good idea to have had a few to read some of the 'jokes', think I may be scraping the barrel a bit and may have posted too many today as I have been sat here with little else to do :o Promise I will calm down a bit ;);) Well I'll try anyway, once I am on a roll though ....

Don't worry, a lot put SuperSavvy, I will answer to anything, within reason.

Just glad to hear that the jokes are making Alan smile (at least some of them anyway).

Love and hugs to both of you

I am a chef and although that is what the food safety sight says that how does joe bloggs no if the food has been handled properly.
In my expert opinion ,you you can heat food twice once to cook and once to reheat.
freeze twice ,once from raw and once from cooked.
    simple
If you stick to this your food products will be fine.
I am not slating the provider of the food information just stating what is best to do.

I personally wouldnt refreeze only because I think it tastes different after defrosting. I was just giving the official line on it :)

Free Meat? That's why it's worth going mental! So much better than pizzas and ice cream!

Well it is yes, but its already pulled and sliced which means its shelf life in the freezer is limited as it'll get frost bitten fairly quickly.
