    Evening guys!!

I could do with your advice on a "dilemma" I have at the mo. I have a chance to fly out to Greece for 4 days and all I would need to pay for is my flights, which are just over £250. I can get the time off work one way or another, and have done the sums and can definitely afford it.

Would you go? It's a chance for some very welcome sun, a gorgeous place to go to and I know the people there.

My only bugbear is that when I went last year I got stuck there as my flight home got cancelled because of the strikes and I swore I would never go greek again. Surely that couldn't/wouldn't happen again???

It helps to have "someone else" to run this past. It's thanks to you lot (and mr t of course!!) that I don't have to worry about the money for probably the first time in my life :-)

Yes Yes Yes Yes Yes Yes Yes yes :)
I always take the moral high ground, it's lovely up here...

Totally agree with Miss Laid - grab the chance with both hands, and if you get stuck it is an opportunity, not a problem!
What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare

i think the clear difference here is that in RootedNomad's case, it was the SA that offered to scan the barcode of the correct pack yet sell a different pack - this is not us bending the rules, it is merely Ts offering good customer service ( a rare thing I know :)) which most of take for granted elsewhere.

Clearly my previous comments have annoyed/upset you, but hopefully they'll have given you food for thought too....

I suppose the easiest way to look at it is...is there a designated thread(s) for any other supermarket based on ripping them off?
    No.
Why? Because Ts give us enough opportunity to do so - other retailers dont....lets not push Ts to the point where they join the other retailers.......

and if Ts become like the other retailers with rare glitches/misprices etc...this will be a very quiet thread....it might even last longer than a fortnight :rotfl::rotfl:

    Very true Looby :T :T

  • Hi sis, I hope you have a good day. I haven't got one, but I need one so thanks

No probs sis it's got your name written all over it lol literally so mum can't pinch it:TI had really lazy day today to recharge my batteries have you ventured out?x
We are many we are one xxx

So that every single post that I contribute to this thread is on topic I would just like to say I am an elite 11+ member and I hear the unjust silence of my opinions whilst I am shopping in supermarkets mainly. Just sayin.

Hi queen of cheap, you deserve it after all the hard work you have put into shopping.
Mortgage debt 45,000. Thank you all for your help so far in helping me save to buy the house. I could not have done this without all your help.
