    Not quite true. Small Claims Court will set a precedent for any similar cases with similar claims based upon the same or near-identical Terms (i.e. other Three customers in the same position).

    It won't be able to rule on the interpretation of terms such as "material detriment" as applied to other contracts.

    On the iphone contract, in section 10.1.d it only says "detrimental". I really hope he wins, it could help a lot of us out.

    I have been going at three for 2 weeks over the traffic sense, but all they were willing to give me was a month or so free.
