Undercharged - Can company claim the real price later?

I appear to have been undercharged on a recent purchase. The amount undercharged appears to be significant (Should have been about £2900 but actually charged about £2500:j). I didn't notice the error until I'd left the shop. Are the company entitled to claim the money if they notice their error? Am I obliged to pay the…

If you walked out and realised a shop had given you too little change, the general rule is 'once your out, it's too late!'.

Don't worry - assuming you have the invoice with the cost on it, its tough titty on them!
