    Yes, as someone so aptly put it, they wanted advice about hen coop security, so they went to the fox.... CAB are totally useless on this issue, as are Disabled Motoring U.K.

    spoke to the manager of the shop he contacted them and told them to drop it....they didnt listen now have a letter from a debt collector now...telling me at the bottom any anechdotal internet information is wrong and refer to some civil regulations..."beeping" load of cowboys

    The Upper Tax Tribunal ( equivalent tothe High Court) ruled that private parking companies have no right to offer parking on land they dont own, and no right to demand any charges as a result

    These civil regulations, are they 31.16 and 31.17 by any chance?

    Do they also tell you that these regulations do not apply to the small claims court? Thought not.

    yes to company and yes to civil regulations, have not read up on them yet. would be quite happy to go to court to be honest, it was 5 yrs and I have the original receipt and statement from the shop mgr to say he asked them to drop it..maybe could get some decent costs off of them that would make a change.

    really hacks me off though have better things to do than deal with these **ck heads

    You're taking this far too seriously. You don't have to waste any of your time dealing with them. Just ignore them and get on with dealing with those better things.

    Just ignore them then.

    They can't do anything. They'd be insane to try court action, and anyway, Graham White/Roxburghe has only ever filed court papers once, that anyone on the interweb is aware of. And he !!!!ed up the court papers so the case was struck out.
