    Morning all!
    Happy anniversary, CS!
Dry here just now, but not looking too promising so washing will be on the airer.
It's 3 years today since we lost my darling dad, off to mums shortly with some flowers and a hug, nothing planned for today so will see if mum wants to do anything, probably she will need shopping as her brother and SIL arrive tomorrow evening from New Zealand for 2 months!
Right enough blethering, time to get on. Have a good day all!
    RIP Iain

my H worked out the other day we've been together a total of 17 years  he was a bit nonplussed at my reaction of "OMG 17 YEARS :eek::eek:" I think he took my reaction in the vein of a bit more horror than suprise :rotfl: it will be 8 years married for us in a couple of weeks. Weather wasn't much different to how it is now either........least the UK is consistent :rotfl:

    Happy anniversary cs

I've been up since the crack of dawn thanks to oh's 100000 alarms, got two loads of washing done and put most of the clothes away. Still loads to do though :-( going to have a bath then nip to the high street maybe stake out the local charity shops :p
I'm still feeling all weird and unsettled, hope I feel normal once work starts.

Morning all (except that its afternoon),

Happy anniversary Cheapskate. Have you got anything planned to celebrate your day? Whatever you have or dont have planned, i hope you have a lovely day.

Glad i washed the bedding yesterday as its peeing down again. Not many brave souls are walking their dogs in the field behind my house i've noticed. I'm not surprised the ground is waterlogged.

Hubby just sent me a text 'is it hometime yet?'. Unfortunately he is getting wet at work. I answered his text with 'Sorry no, home time is 6pm on Friday'. Well i could hardly say yes could i?

Ive dusted, cleaned and vacuumed upstairs and have now planted myself at my desk before i tackle the housework downstairs. Theres not much to be done so it can wait. My youngest is off out for the day..... although he wont admit it, i think he's going out with his 'friend' Katie because he smells rather nice.

Jayne, sorry to hear about your son. I am sending much love to you and your family.

    Hugs and brollies all round.

How about the dry bagged foods - My old cat Stanley used to have either the Pets at Home own brand or Iams when it was on offer, but I think Mr T does one now too. The bonus is that they don't smell and they don't go yucky when the weather's warm!

That will be a "friend who's a girl" rather than a girlfriend then?!
