    morning all!

wet here today:( got loads of washing to do too.

Am now on 11 days annual leave from work:j:)

Off to art class this morning then a bit of grocery shopping later - need to stock up on stuff for my 2 DSs who are looking after the house, dogs and pigeons while DH and I go away for a few days to celebrate DH's 50th birthday which falls on Father's Day.

HM leek and potato soup for lunch then I'm off out for a meal 2 for £10 with a good friend tonight.

    Happy Anniversary Cheapskate:beer:

    Hi

Can i join you lovely people, have lurked a while and just come back to MSE again.

Today i am off to my work to resign:eek: as my 6yr old son had a cardiac arrest 3 weeks ago (same happened as to that footballer) and after being in hospital for 17 days he was discharged at the weekend but needs someone who is cpr trained to be with him 24/7 until they find out what caused it - hence my need to leave work.

Apart from that DH is off work this week so hopefully will get him to fit the kickboards to the kitchen today (only been waiting 4 years) but eventually bought them the other week.

Tea tonight will be some turkey escalopes in lemon and herb breadcrumbs courtesy of MrT with HM wedges and salad.

    Happy anniversary to Cheapskate.

Hope everyone has a nice day even though the weather is horrible
