How can I sell my official Olympics tickets?

I find it takes about 2 days on average between getting the email to confirm you have put the ticket up for re-sale and the next one confirming they have been re-sold.0

Sorry, wrong link. Yes, I don't expect them to be sold immediately. My point was that when I search for tickets on the tickets website it says there are no rowing tickets available. How can they get sold if the website says they're not available? Or is it a different website to buy resold tickets?0

It's the same website to buy resale tickets as far as I can see. I wonder if they wait for a batch of tickets for a session to be offered for resale before putting them up rather than doing it each time a resale request comes in?Common sense?...There's nothing common about sense!0 -

Returned ours on Tuesday and resale e-mail arrived on Thursday. These were for footy and I reckon LOCOG have bought them to give them away, considering how many have been given to schools.0

We are thinking of selling or tickets to an event in wembley but we are not in the country at the moment and would not be able to send the tickets back until maybe less than 7 days before the event. I am not sure if that is to late? Also if they are not re-sold we have to pick new ones up at a box office but on the website there are no addresses for the box office. They mention one in stratford but since we live close to wembley we cannot go all the way there to pick the tickets up before the event. I cannot find a phone number or any useful info on the official website. Has anyone who bought tickets for collection received any information of where the box office is?0

I think you can resell them via the main ticket website if you got them from there if the event is more than a week away. There's no guarantee that you will get your money back for them as you only will if LOGOC manage to resell them.
You can resell them now though return your tickets when you get back.0
