Good spot. THe promo BT rate is now 2.9% for 6 months followed by 9.9% life of balance.

I will go change the article.

PS the normal Blue card (via its own site) is still 4.9% life of balance

MBNA have started offering interest free balance transfers to their existing customers.

    0% until 18 April 2004 = 8 months.

Pretty good as otherwise I'd have had to switch twice in that time.

Interesting. Was this a mailshot, a telephone call or did you ring them? Is there an offer code?

Can you tell me where you found this out? If you have an offer code, that would be ideal. Thanks.
  • When in Lloyds TSB yesterday paying my Halifax credit card , I was asked if I would be interested in one of their credit cards as quote, she thought they could considerably cut my payments, maybe they have launched a new 0% promotion.
I have arranged for them to telephone me Saturday morning to discuss so I'll keep you posted. :D
