How do you go about getting your smartphone on to a new Foursquare account, and ignore the old cancelled one?
What do you mean? You can just log out and log back into a different Foursquare account in the app.| Amex & Foursquare Hoarder |Cashback & Points (26/02/13)
Nectar: 71,816 (£357) | Avios: 62,036 | Membership Rewards: 45,076 (£225)
Foursquare & Xbox Cashback: £1,865 | Quidco Paid: £9860 -
I had to ask my son how to log out of my foursquare account as I couldn't find the button.
On android press the 3 vertical lines symbol at the top left of the screen, this will open the Home menu.
Scroll down the home menu to the settings button and press.
This will take you to the settings page then scroll all the way down till you see the logout button.
I sat outside Gap yesterday for 15 minutes trying to find this and gave up as I thought I had already loaded to card last week so I went ahead and bought £50 giftcard.
When I got home I had the message on my ipad saying I had saved £25 and then I asked my son how to change accounts on my smartphone.0 -

Thanks for this but how do I log-out?
It seems as if it just knows my ordinary log-in.
Sorry to be so silly but I'm not at all used to using a smartphone.0 -

All Amex personal cards qualify (not corporate or pre-paid). My referral post is here: http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.php?p=59335857&postcount=49
As well as those direct with Amex there's a host of others, mostly from MBNA (BMI, Virgin, Miles & More etc) and Lloyds (Avios Duo).| Amex & Foursquare Hoarder |Cashback & Points (26/02/13)

Thanks Russinating
I did manage to get there in the end. If you've never done it before then there is always some dgree of doubt ! That's why a board like this is so helpful.
Incidently this whole Foursquare offer seems designed to confuse people.
Why does it have to be so complicated? Luckily I did get my single £25 cashback from House of Fraser.
Now I am planning for the next set of offers - when do they come out?0 -
It's pretty simple once you've do it
.
The offers are usually monthly but sometimes have delays. You can view all expires offers here (http://goo.gl/dbTft) to get an idea of how often they come up.| Amex & Foursquare Hoarder |Cashback & Points (26/02/13)
