This is exactly happens to one of my cards. The other 9 are fine. Amex wouldn't refund the cash back amounts even though I'd had to them about all of the problems I was having with this card and that the others are fine.
I asked them to look into it and they never came back to me.

Perhaps apy for another card or say its lost? And scrap that foursquare account and make another one up using a new gmail account.

Regarding the Shell/Total question, you are correct. The Kilburn one, for instance, is a Shell garage now - was re-branded from Total a few weeks ago.

They haven't come back to me either.. the thing is this card was working fine last month, but with my older phone (I got the Starbucks deal). It stopped working with the new phone... I might try a new account.

Edit : Tried the new account, same result

I emailed customer services again.

They replied asking for more details (card type, last 4 digits, billing address, etc). I gave it to them and they said they are investigating...

A bit late to the party but looking to get a coat from house of fraser so will wait until the first to go shopping now, may stop off for a Starbucks as well :-)
