Once you you click load to card how long do you have to actually make the purchase? So if you went into Argos clicked load to card but then changed your mind, left Argos and came back like a week later and made a purchase would u still get the cashback?

Until the end of the offer.

When one pops up that I know I'll use I generally check in and load to card at home on my wifi with all my cards/accounts. Quicker than waiting for 3G whilst out and about and means you never have to worry about connection issues. If you don't use the offer it doesn't matter.

Oh and when were John Lewis in it?! Missed that one!

  • Just thought I'd mention that the £10 off £50 spend Tesco offer is still running at select stores, and if you're not a regular shopper they do sell gift cards for all manner of places: http://www.tesco.com/giftcard/branded-gift-cards.asp

Might be useful for Christmas shopping or gifts themselves. You can even buy a £50 Visa card, costing £3.95 though, but £6 discount is still more than 10% off at any shop that accepts Visa.

Thanks for that, its good to know as 3G can be an issue at times. Not sure if John Lewis did one but someone mentioned they were one of the shops included in the spend £50 get £25 during the VIP weekend in London

I don't know about an upper limit but at least a few days between load and spend is fine. Realistically you're probably OK for the rest of the promo period.

So I have installed the app, linked my amex and checked in and loaded GAP and Harvey Nicholls! however I wonder if anyone can explain this to me?

If I use the offer at Harvey Nicholls in Manchester and then Check in and Load at the harvey nicholls in London will I get the credits twice?

Sorry if this is obvious I just have no idea!
  • It's once per card per retailer. It doesn't matter if that retailer has more than one store, you can only use it once.

Just to confirm that Dixons Travel sell £50 giftcards - valid at Currys & PC World too.

Ironically I received my "you synced, you saved" email for g/card purchase but still haven't received one for my actual product purchase ;) Am sure it will credit OK though - if not have email trail confirming I'd loaded the offer.

As i understand the Gap offer says "from the 5th-31st December". Does that mean if you did the Gap offer in November, you can do it again this month?
  • Spent £10 in Starbucks but no notification of purchase. Card was loaded:( do you always get notification? Thanks

Yes, this is a new promo. I did Tesco last time and this time without an issue.
