My Lloyds TSB Avios AMEX worked ok - register the card number on the link, you don't need to register in the AMEX app or AMEX online banking

registered my BMI amex card ok, worked for tesco the other day.

The MSE article states £10+/£5+ yet the Foursquare offers state £10/£5 spend

I registered my Lloyds TSB Amex card and it worked fine!

Silly question, but you did try and register the Amex card number and not the Mastercard number?

Went to Tesco, checked in, added the voucher, did my shop and paid using American Express card. Now to wait 3-5days to see if the credit arrives.

I wasn't convinved it worked the first time when I tried to use it on Tuesday.

I was back in Tesco again today, so checked in and went to add the credit, but it said already loaded. I then paid for my shopping in Tesco, and approx 1 minute later the FourSquare app came back saying the Amex credit had been applied.

May be there is an initial delay from when you first setup and sync the card, so be warned.

Just to make sure when do you 'check in' it is when you are in the place i.e. Nandos or can you check in earlier?

Has anyone tried it with the MBNA Amex rewards card? Thats the one with 1.5% cashback card.

Not sure why yours didn't work, mine have synced perfectly.

When I log into 4sq on my PC, it finds the local Amex deals.
When I do it on the 4sq mobile app, it doesn't find the amex deals (but does show other deals). In the mobile app settings, it says it is synced with amex. Not sure what the problem is.
