American Express Platinum Cashback Credit Card
Platinum Charge Card
Preferred Rewards Gold Card or Green Card card issued in the UK by American
Express Services Europe Limited.
The good news is that Avios have confirmed their offer is valid on their card, so presumably the offer is not limited to the above cards. Pity that the different organisations involved don't tell each other what is going on.0 -

Or just that the one person you spoke to didn't know.
I've also got a BMI and Nectar Amex both of which work with the usual Foursquare deals.| Amex & Foursquare Hoarder |Cashback & Points (26/02/13)
Nectar: 71,816 (£357) | Avios: 62,036 | Membership Rewards: 45,076 (£225)
Foursquare & Xbox Cashback: £1,865 | Quidco Paid: £9860 -
I've got a llyods amex card and nectar amex card which both work on foursquare.
Also the small shope £5 deals are all on foursquare now.0 -
The Shop Small deal is fab! Works on my BA Amex. Already redeemed three £5 back when you spend £5 offers! Gelato Mio, Hotel Chocolat & Byron. The website, ap and foursquare are complete nightmares to navigate through to find the offers but worth it when you manage. Can't believe this offer! Tonnes of places you can spend £5 at and you get it back in a couple of days - amazing!:j0

Does anyone know who to contact if you don't receive the credit and need to chase it with Amex? I rung up the usual amex number but they were not sure they could help. They advise contacting foursquare but im sure I have read previously that foursquare direct to amex?
My harvey Nics (from last time) didn't credit so want to query it but not sure how to go about it. Any advice well appreciated
Thanks0 -

I suspect it might be a nightmare trying to get it sorted over the phone. My inclination would be to write to the registered office of American Express Services Europe Limited, the counterparty to the terms and conditions. Otherwise you'll never get through to the right person.0 -
So, this offer is now showing on Foursquare... so do you need to do the whole check in and load to card to activate the cashback or just sync your card with the Shop Small website and spend?| Amex & Foursquare Hoarder |Cashback & Points (26/02/13)

The systems are so sketchy I didn't want to risk it not working even though I read somewhere you don't need foursquare. I synced my card on the Avios website and then used foursquare to check in, load card and then swiped my Amex at each retailer - taking no chances! Each of the 3 times I got an email from Amex confirming my check in & thanking me for using Shop Small etc.0 -
Hi
To query any credits you have not received you can fill in an amex customer service form. I am unable to post the link here.
but if you google amex card sync customer service you should find it
they will write to you in a few days asking for more info0 -

Remember also that if you have more than one Amex card then you can ask merchants to split a transaction across multiple cards, potentially saving £10, £15, £20 etc or more.
Not true. From the ts and cs:
"You may register only one Eligible Card for the Programme Offer." and
"Your Eligible Transaction(s) must be charged in full to the Registered Card. Transactions made on another unregistered card account or a supplementary card with a different card or account number are not eligible."0
