Rover 75 parts - are they still available?

Was watching a program about two people learning to drive using a vw camper van. One nearly drove into a well looked after Rover 75.

Was wondering if the body panels etc are still available for this car.

Did read somewhere long time ago that a component that is part of the cooling fan is no longer available.
Problem with having access to internet is that i get asked by many to solve their problems :( Well at least i learn something on the way :D

I used to get my Rover parts from the local Ford garage. Give yours a ring to confirm.

Ebay and salvage yards are full of parts for them, they will be around for a good few years yet.

the breakers yards i go to often have a mint looking 75 somewhere with basically no damage showing
i reckon its because the old boys stopped driving his sons stopped him driving or its due to mechanical damage
theres often a nice pork pie hat and a bit of tartan in the back too

Only the car manufacturing part of Phoenix Group went into receivership. Their parts department still makes components for all MG Rover cars.

There will probably still be new pattern parts made for them....Although they might not fit very well...

this is a question that always seems to produce polarised and extreme views (a.k.a. rubbish) on this site. You probably guessed that parts will be available from ebay and breakers' yards, however the official MG Rover parts operation was sold to Caterpillar while they were still producing cars, and currently is operating as X-Part (http://mgroverpartfinder.com/)
you will find a broad range of service parts from them. Trim and panels are scarce though, which is where the s/hand sources come into their own.
    HTH.
The questions that get the best answers are the questions that give most detail....
