Rover 75 parts - are they still available?

Was watching a program about two people learning to drive using a vw camper van. One nearly drove into a well looked after Rover 75. Was wondering if the body panels etc are still available for this car. Did read somewhere long time ago that a component that is part of the cooling fan is no longer available.
