Sky - What an absolute joke

Tried to sign up online last night with Sky broadband and phone package. I got an email with an order number, saying "We just need to confirm some details with you before we can proceed with your order. One of our agents will contact you shortly to discuss your order with you."
They phoned me at half past three in the morning :rotfl: and left a garbled message, most of which I missed, but the end of which was "call us". I've just called them. They have no record of my order. Their own order number means nothing to them. They do not know why I was called in the middle of the night. They do not know why they wanted me to call them. They do not know me, or what I ordered from them. They just want me to go away, judging by the fact that, the first time I called, their operator chose to cut me off rather than deal with my query, forcing me to phone back.
So this is how Sky welcome new customers

Its nothing to worry about I got this. It's because the online order has not automatically transferred into the Sky ordering system. It's a glitch which has happened a few times according to the Skyuser forums.
Just phone them up and the only issue is they will have a different install date than you chose. Nothing major to worry about!! :j0
