sally 06 - i got a couple of the £5 sanctuary vouchers on sat - they scanned fine then but both yesterday and today I have had problems - the tills are saying that they have expired even tho they are in date until May. I rang customer services today and they said that nobody else has reported this. they advisedme to try again if there are probs to get the store to ring customer services so they can sort it out. the store just did a manual over ride. so for those of you who have these vouchers and are having probs getting them to go thru - you need to ring CS so that they can get it fixed. it will then be easier for us all to use them....

Not sure when it "officially" ends, but my store didnt have any bags left at all and one of the SA says they wouldnt be getting anymore, so maybe stores are just using what they have left? i dont no tho sorry!

In the "little book of coupons" are 8 money off and extra points vouchers (the only really useful one is £2 off any Bourgois product)
and in the "little book of treats" was 750 pts on 2x clinique, clarins, lancome etc, £5 no7, free camera etc.

This was in the pre 28 weeks mailing. hth:)

Had a great shop yesterday at my local store. They had the pink striped N7 boxes. No N7 staff around, so put one in my basket, then found some reduced N7 nail polish @3.00 put two in my basket. Went upstairs and found Exclaimation bag sets (with perfume and body spray inside) priced @2.24 Paid at pharmacy. SA did'nt bat an eyelid when the box scanned at 0.00 and the bag scanned at 1.12 bargain! handed over 5N7 voucher. Paid 2.12
Went back upstairs for 2 more bags (will make nice gifts for neices) and got another N7 box and 2 x nail polish. Handed over 5n7 voucher. Paid 3.24

This morning I tried to use the 5.00 Sanctuary voucher. SA said it had expired so I just bought 2 x nail polish again and got another N7 box. SA scanned box first. She had a puzzled look on her face. I told her it was free with the nail polish. Total to pay after N7 voucher 1.00:D

I couldn't see any signs near the boxes. I have no idea what they are free with or how much you have to spend. Will look out for signs over the next few days.

Has anyone managed to use the SS 5.00 voucher today? I called the number on the voucher, but the lady had no idea what I was talking about. Do you think this is Boots' way of getting back at us for all the bargains we've had lately? :rotfl: we can't complain though. We have had some mega bargains recently. I am more than happy with all the stuff I have...long live Boots:D

i am planning on using at least 4 of the £5 vouchers tomorrow so i hope they go through. did they not offer to override the value as the voucher clearly states that it hasnt expired?

yes - they will override the till BUT if they do this then they are unlikely to let you use it with any other coupons/free bag etc as it states not to be used with any other offer. if it just scanned through normally then it does not draw attention to all the wording etc and this is all the better for combining offers

yup i get what you mean! thanks...i was planning on using the voucher on its own anyway...well if it doesnt automatically go through I will ring CS and let them know as well

In teeny weeny writing in the corner of the POS advertising it had the "to" date as 27/03/07.
