For everyone going for the free gift, Clinique give full refunds on their products if they dont work/cause a rash/etc/etc, its the same policy for Estee Lauder as they dont hand out free samples anymore and prefer to do things this way. I got a face scrub years ago and took it back, the sa was a bit snooty but its the company policy so they cant refuse. I also emailed Clinique last year to complain that they never give out samples anymore and the response stated that whatever i buy can be taken back for a refund.
But not that any of you would actually buy the items for the freebie and then take them back for a refund, would you?

However... in order to use the two £3 vouchers and get the free bag, does the 2nd product have to be skincare too or can it be anything? ie. will it subtract the £6 from the already free skincare product giving a net reduction on whatever the 2nd item is?
Hi.
Someone posted yesterday about the free times voucher and their other vouchers not registering because the other product was body lotion.Your times voucher will give free product, so other product should be skincare in order for the £3 vouchers to work. Also the wrap voucher can be used as it offsets on the free bag.In order to maximise all vouchers your chosen skincare product should be £7.99 or more.0 -

Do you know if No7 do this, as my sister bought some anti wrinkling eye cream, and the next day she had, blood shot, swollen red eyes. She's just gonna give it to my mum but if it's worth taking it back I think she would! Thanks0 -

Picked up one for each No.7 product I bought as redeemed my vouchers and nobody said a thing. They also had Max Factor Nailfinity freebies.
Hi one-non-blonde, can you tell me a bit more about the free No 7 bottles as I've not heard this one mentioned B40
