    Part of the Furniture
I got my first parenting club envelope today, it had the little book of treats but no No7 voucher :(

its the pre-twenty eight weeks one.

The NO. 7 voucher is on the first page in of the Little Book of Treats book. States £5 to spend on NO. 7 Jemma Kidd or Ruby and Millie.
I didn't spot it at first either.

Do you know if No7 do this, as my sister bought some anti wrinkling eye cream, and the next day she had, blood shot, swollen red eyes. She's just gonna give it to my mum but if it's worth taking it back I think she would! Thanks

yes they do refund in cash with receipt and giftcard without and sometimes they are unpredictable and refund without a reciept aswell.i had a refund on moisturiser abt 2 weeks ago without a reciept as it gave mum a rash

RE Bringin items back to clinique & estee lauder .I bought two items from estee lauder when the gift was on. I came out instantily in a bad reaction- face on fire and spots .The girl had said at the time I could bring it back if there was a problem. I took it back the next day to another store as I was visting that day. The girl on the counter took one look at the reciept and refused to refund unless I handed back the free gift.( i was at this time 40 miles away from home and was only concerned about returning the item I never even considered the gift. ) I was horrified and told her I had been told to bring the item back if it didnt suits and judging by the rash on my face it wasnt my fault their product brought me out in such a reaction. She was really horrid and I reported her to the area manager ( i have a friend in cosmetics & she got me her details ).
The beauty counters work on a commision & target bases and it comes off thie bonus if items are returned.
SO dont be suprised if they ask for their gift back - it was hugely embarrasing & certainily not worth it if you are just wanting a freebie.

Hi one-non-blonde, can you tell me a bit more about the free No 7 bottles as I've not heard this one mentioned B4:confused:

Look for the no 7 pink cleanser bottles etc and if you see any bottles - looking the same only about half the size these scan free.
In our store they were on the bottom shelf of the no7 moisturiser etc stand.
    Quite big bottles for free:rotfl:

Ooh I just checked and I don't have a little book of treats, I have a little book of coupons.. is that it? Although the letter says I should have a book of treats too.. do they come together or separate or have I misunderstood n they're the same thing? sooo confusing all this boots malarkey
