Im still having trouble with my advantage card had it since jan of this yr and all i get are comps and no vouchers just had my card changed went into boots today hopin for vouchers and still got the same problem rang cs again and told again just to wait my turn !!!

i've had an advantage card for a while but only just found this thread. I was just wondering about returning items without a receipt? My local charity shop often has un-used Sanctuary gift sets for £1-£2 just wondering if i could buy them & take them back to my local boots store?

just rang customer services regarding my coupons and the sa was right i was only entitled to 1 camera and i couldnt use my £5 off coupon for the straightening kit i know other people have combined these offers but the woman on the phone wasn't going to budge

Does anyone know whether you should still receive 4 points to the £ for the opticians. I bought new glasses recently and paid £305 pounds so was thinking great loads of points but when I looked at my receipt yesterday it only showed 305 points so one for every pound. Is this right?

spent £43 on boots.com and reciceved 2422 points . so happy

you probably had one of the boots zealots who make up rules as they see fit
the rules seem to vary from shop to shop so dont know if its worth phoning cs i try many ruses with coupons and some work and some dont. I think its best not to try and wrangle so much from cs unless its a major thing!!!:rolleyes:

That's right I'm afraid, it's only 1 point per pound at the optician.

what did you order to get those points??

nb - has anyone else been able to print the 'shampoo' coupon (receive 200 points when you buy the boots anti dandruff shampoo) - went into boots but there was no coupon for me...........
