Incase anybody was wondering (and I havn't seen it mentioned earlier in the thread), the No7 £5 voucher from the mailing doesn't work on electricals. I tried it today on an invigorating massager (never seen one before, but there was one lonely one on the shelf today!) but it didn't work In my other local store though, they had lots of reduced No7 bits, so I will get one of those tomorrow instead. Can anybody confirm that it works on reduced items?

I've had some good deals using the info from here at Hudds.....especially around Xmas.........not sure about bargains, if it's free then I reckon it's a bargain!

It was a tv doc saying how good it was since then sales gone throught the roof ebay has been full of them.

have just got a no7 lip lacquer (9.95)with parenting £5 coupon and 150 for using the coupon out of the boots magazine so really they paid me £1.50
tried using £5 off coupon for the hair straightening kit but it wouldnt go through because the kit was already reduced from 14.99
got a free single use camera(with parenting coupon) but couldnt have the free one as they were on bogof because it wasnt allowed is this right or should i send boots a lovely email about it

I got one of the rubbish new vouchers today, thinking about ways of using it with a minimal outlay. I notice that there's no minimum spend, and while there is the usual 'excludes sachets & minis' caveat; will it go through if I bought, say, the 50ml Sanctuary body souflee? http://www.boots.com/brandtreatment/product_details_brand_treatment.jsp?productid=1074659&classificationid=1042889 after all, it doesn't say anything about being mini in the item description! Apart from these, pretty much all the other brands start at £3.95, and I have a cupboard full of smellies already!

Just for everyones info not sure if you all knew about this but please see the below regarding the earning of Advantage points...

From the 11 April, the way that Boots award Advantage Card Points is changing. Instead of 1 point for every 25p spent, Boots will be awarding 4 points for every complete £ spent.

This is consistent with the way Boots communicate the terms of the scheme to there customers.

The change will be piloted in 50 stores between 11 April and 27 April and then rolled out to all other stores between 30 April and 18 May. Boots.com won't be implementing this change until 2008.
