Hi zztopgirl, i hope they give you more than just 100 points! in the end that is just one quid for the mistreatment you got, you deserve a lot more! And with all the rage going on at the moment with the No7 serums, the last thing boots needs is bad publicity, the money section in the Sunday Times has a good customers complaints section, you might consider writing to them. Anyway, good luck and hang in there girl!!0

I just bought 342 No pink bags and took the serum and the points vouchers out to use. My shock came when I realised that the vouchers expired at the end of January !!!
Is there anything I can do?
Hi.
Think these bags were the promotion before Christmas ,free with a £15 + spend on no.7. They then appeared in the sales after Christmas, a few Boots still seem to have them, the next promotion offer was the wrap, the bathing voucher has already expired and the hydroquench ends near end of April.0 -
I sold 2 small 5ml pots of serum , buyer sent email saying she would sent payment now Ive just had this e-mail from her.
Hi
I bid and won your serum on 1st April, and was due to forward payment to you. Unfortunately I have tried a friend of mines protect and perfect serum and it has caused an allergic reaction, and left me with a rash. Therefore I will no longer be able to purchase this from you. Would be grateful if you wouldn’t leave negative feedback as this is a genuine reason and you should be able to sell it to the second bidder.
Regards

I would reply back and say that she is under a contractual obligation to pay you, and she really should have done her investigating before she placed the bid. I dont see why she cant pay and then sell it on. If you leave her a negative, there is no way she can be justified negativing (if thats a word!!) you back.
Was your second bidder alot lower?
Lets on gang up on Sue :rotfl:All men hear is blah, blah, blah, blah, SEX, blah, blah, blah, FOOD, blah, blah, blah, BEER:wall:0 -

Sounds like a bootsers excuse when returning stuff though lol, they would go far if only they knew
I sell on Ebay (evening wear) so I know how frustrating some people are. Don't let them get you downFinleypop x :hello:0 -
I sell quite a bit on e-bay, mainly sheeps fleece & not once has anyone backed out on payment. I have had others not pay when selling the kids things.
