well i asked custmer services during the no7 voucher promotion about vouchers if you spend points-the lady was surprised that I hadn't been given any and said that it is still money and you should recieve vouchers and if not ask the store to ring c/services-her name was kate-senior adviser
    Love can tame the wildest
  • cs told me you can have a voucher.
you need to get the stoe to call them while you wait as cs are now saying they wont add points after the event and you need to sort it out in store.

so i emailed CS last week and they still have not replied....has anyone had any experience of emailing them and how long it usually takes to get a response?

A couple of my complaints resulted in a £10 gift card landing on my doormat, with a very cursary apology (barely acknowleging my legitamate complaints) No e-mail or call stating that they had even received my complaint (this was about 3 weeks after the e-mail when I had given up hearing anything!!)

The £10 was very welcome, however, I would usually prefer a promise that the incident had been looked into and any problem rectified.

On the other occasion I was telephoned after about a week or so to resolve my problem.

So my experience has been that the response is very slow. I know that some other peoples experiences have been quicker however

I wont moan too much about boots today. Just got a Gillette Fusion razor on the post today, courtesy of Boots! (That should make up for not getting a free hair straightening kit yesterday!)

I am thinking about writing a letter to them, but I doubt I will receive a response. Have been waiting approx a week and a half, for an email response. When I ring they take my number and say someone will call you back and guess what never happens!! I might keep emailing the same thing every week and see if that makes a difference:mad:
