Isn't there supposed to be a free gift with a 5.00 spend on 17 cosmetics? I saw an ad in the paper the other day with a picture of the free gift, but I couldn't see it instore today. I didn't spend a single penny in Boots today. I was going to redeem my 2.00 bathing voucher against some hand cream @2.00, but the shelf was empty. They've put an 'out of stock' sticker on the shelf. They did the same with botanics bodybars a while back. So I'm not sure if they have actually sold out of the hand cream or whether they are trying to stop people from redeeming their vouchers against cheaper items.

Boots is really rubbish at the moment. Does anyone else think this? Just aswell I'm leaving the country for 6 days on thursday. At least I won't be worrying the whole time about all the glitches I'm missing...cos there aren't any. Well, none that interest me anyway.

on the boots website, where do you find the "free goodie bags" with the purchases of 2 or more or spend £x amount and get ...free.

Or is this only on store. I have been trawling through the site and cant find these.

I am trying to do a bargain buy, collect freebies, and points shop in boots tomorrow (or is it today yet)

I know I am a bit dim, and very blonde, but, I was not aware I was this bad.

Dont worry, it takes a while to get into it. I just tend to copy what other people do with their transactions... after a while you begin to spot things for yourself and get the guts to challenge the SA yourself to try and make them overwrite tills!

thanks. I am trying to be armed with the info.

I need to write it down, as I have a little memory space in my brain.

Would not want to get to the checkout and have the sales assistant say £28 please, and I only have £20, that would be embarrasing.
