Re the BOOTS STRAIGHTENING KIT - I tried to get it Free using the Parenting voucher + the Mag Voucher (BUT the till took One voucher off but bleeped on the second voucher!!) Lovely SA tried putting them through again but it didn't work for me - NEVERMIND. Has it worked for others???

I got it free yesterday with a 1/2 price BOOTS STRAIGHTENING KIT voucher from Boots mailing and £5 off voucher from Boots magazine. I didn't buy anything else to disguise my 'purchase'. Was obviously feeling brave...

    Hey!

I used touche eclat religiously for about a year. In the beginning I thought wow it makes a difference, but now I think I was just naive. I am also only 23!! Now, I dont bother using it as I have opened my eyes and realised that for me it doesnt make a difference. I have dark circles and have found using an eye cream with a bit of mineral makeup concealer alot better. After a while TE dried the skin around my eyes up, so although it covered it up to make my skin look better and flawless it was also drying my area at the same time. I would recommend it if you dont have problematic dry skin under your eyes but I would suggest you go to a counter (debenhams) etc and try it on. If you cant notice an immediate difference then it will never work as it isnt a product that works over time its make up that just covers.

    Hi jamtart6,
I bought my touch ecalt from http://www.chemist-4-u.com
£12.99 + £2.00 postage and I didn't think it made any difference, but I stopped at a beauty counter and they showed me how to apply it properly and it looked great.Hope that helped, I am 30 years older than you but my 16 year old sometimes uses it and is very happy with it.
    Titch :)

i really recommend that you go to a counter ask the SA to apply it. Then say "thanks, I am going to have a look in natural light" and walk out. Dont be fooled by the shop light as daylight will make it look really different. See how it looks and if it lasts the whole day.

Personnally there are so many copy-cat products that do exactly the same and and look the same) as TE. Bearing in mind TE has been on the market for a long time now and hasnt been improved plenty of chance for others to copy it at a fraction of the cost!

Yup the only benefit products I would ever recommend are benetint and bad gal eye liner!
