Not been on for yonks so waving Hi to regulars and newbies.. ;)

I forgot my double points dodah slip today - twit

wanted to use 2 x No7 before they ran out.. ended up spending £26... I knew I should have checked here.. <slaps self>

I did have £70 odd on my advantage card.. but got a Braun toothbrush for £69 so now have less then a fiver < shock horror> it feels horrible..

By the way.. if you have bought any no7 foundation today.. there was a mistake on the ACM and it wasnt printing out a 300 points for any no7 foundation bought. I had the points added... and whilst doing so heard one No 7 assistant telling the other that she had been blasted for allowing too many 641's through.. and something about Ebay... so on reading back a couple of pages... I can see why...

    Knew I should have lingered...

Im going to be around a lot more now.. Was ill but now back to normal, and eager to get those points up again

Hi, I bought a NO 7 foundation yesterday and didn't have any points vouchers from the ACM, should I email customers service or was I not mean't to get it. I know not everyone gets the same offers.

Hi, I know this is really cheeky but does anyone have any no7 gift packs( any kind will do) that they dont want and would be willing to swap or sell cheaply. My mum has just come out of hospital with pneumonia and I really wanted to give her a gift but have so little money I am a bit stuck.
If anyone finds this really rude I apologise.

I am tryinhg to weigh up what is best for me do...
    RE CLINIQUE...

I need a couple of their items but do I go on line and get 750 extra points or go to my local store and get the free gift if you buy two items??

I know there are 2 different boxes I would go for the make-up one if I bought in store; any ideas what is in it??

I have read back through several pages but cant find out what is in the freebie gift set.

Also I would really like the BENEFIT lemon aid eye shadow/cream. Is it any good; it says it glides on covers any imperfections and the gist is look years younger. Or am I just being gullible for wanting one. Or would a cheap yellow eyeshadow be just as effective?? Anyone tried it...it is just a bit pricey at £15.50:eek:

    DEcisions...decisions...

    Thanks for any help.

i agree,is it the ones in the blue packaging with winnie the pooh on the front.
my DS 2years old has just had reconstructive surgery on his ickle winkle and i find they are leaving bits on where the stitches are,i thought it was the wipes getting stuck on the stitches but maybe not now.
Id take them back and if they dont give you an exchange or refund phone huggies and tell them.
    hth

Hiya - yeah the blue ones with Winnie the Pooh on them, they really do leave 'bits' everywhere!! Hope your 2year old is better soon!!XX

I took them back today (no problem-just got the money refunded onto a giftcard)

Didn't work for me yesterday either, I think it does work with the £5 vouchers from the mailing and the £5 voucher from the mag from what I've read here.

    Hi there!

Ok regarding clinique...I actually ended up getting both, but only because of the following:

I had a 750 extra points voucher to use in store on clinique.

Therefore in store I purchased 2 lipglosses spent £21 and gained 84+750 points (I cant add!!) plus the gift.

Online I purchased a blusher plus something else, got the 750 points, plus there is a bonus 500 points for spending over £40 which I did. I also entered a promo code to get an extra 500 points on a £50 spend as my order came to £51 i believe. Therefore online I gained 750+1000 points. I also purchased 2 origins products which were also 750 extra points so I gained more but they werent clinique so I will ignore.

I think it depends on what you are buying and if you can get your hands on a parenting 750 extra points voucher.

Personally I would have done the clinique order online as I needed to spend that much anyway and the bonus points to me are worth more than the gift as I have so so so much makeup!

There is a picture earlier on somewhere which someone posted showing whats in the gifts, but its also on here: http://www.dudleynews.co.uk/mostpopular.var.1260401.mostviewed.make_the_bonus_choice_with_clinique.php

    Take care X

Oh btw personally i think the benefit product is a scam!! just dab some vaseline around your eyes, or use all about eyes from clinique at night. I have this and it also comes in the bonus time. Clinique also do a good primer for keeping eyeshadow in place
